A local store has the Stevens 320 with pistol grip and ghost ring sights for sale at what seems like a good price. Does anyone have one of these or have info they could share? Thanks.

I was throwing the idea of buying one until I found it is a Turkish made gun. I spent the extra money on a Remington 887

The 320 (based on the Winchester 1200/1300) and the 350 (based on the Ithaca 37) are made for Stevens in China. I own a 320 and 350 but have not shot them yet. Both of mine do not have a pistol grip but do have the HIVIZ/ghost ring sights. Reviews of these shotguns have been very positive. Other than folks rejecting them because of their Chinese manufacture they seem to be considered one of the better values out there. My initial impression is that they appear very well built. Both actions are smooth. The trigger on the 350 is on the heavier side but not heavy enough to be a concern. A major difference is that the 320 ejects out the side and the 350 is a bottom ejector.

These guns can sometimes be had from big box stores for somewhere around $200 or less. I paid $250 each for mine and so far am as pleased as punch.

I stand corrected I thought they were Turkish but I guess Chinese is just as bad.

BTW, it would have been more accurate for me to have said that the 320 and 350 were made in China for Savage. These shotguns are warranted and serviced by Savage which to me is a big plus. I would have to doubt that Savage would offer a substandard product.

Also, the major outward compromise on these shotguns is the finish. It's not that great but at the same time it's not that bad.
