stevens pump shotguns

Have any of you had any experience with Stevens pump shotguns ? I am in the market for a hunting shotgun and being a lefty ,I am enamored by the bottom feed and eject and modest price of the Stevens guns . Kevin

It's imported, a Chinese clone of the Ithaca 37 except with two action bars. Reviews vary, I'm not familiar with it myself since I'm still experimenting with the Chinese clones of the 870 right now (H&R Pardner Pump, to be precise).

they are made in the PRC, but are backed by the Savage warranty,,Solid steel with twin action bars. A little on the heavy side, but well made.

Dont underestimate the Chinese clones

I was just shopping in the same price range and ended up going maverick 88 ,8 shot model
