I havent been reloading very long, but its been very enjoyable so far. I just recently realized that after emptying my Hornady powder charger, quite a bit (10 gns or so) of the powder I was using would stick to the bottom and side of the inside, so I have had to disassemble it and get it all out every time, which is sort of annoying. The rifle powders(4831,1000,4350) didnt do it, but both my pistol powders(Longshot&HS-6) have been sticking to the silo and base. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I know you have to do what you have to do, but taking apart the charger every time I change powder is annoying.

Static electricity does it. A good thump with the heel of your hand should fix it without having to disassemble anything.

Run some dry graphite powder through the powder measure a couple of times. Graphite powder can be bought on Ebay....you can use it to lube other parts of the press also

Gee, all I ever did was put a sheet of paper down on the bench and tap the hopper onto the paper. Knocked out all the powder in a couple of taps.
From the sounds of things, you have powder with enough residual solvent to stick and NOT a static problem. For me, this has been a Power Pistol issue where clumps form in the can and in the hopper. I can actually pick up some of the clumps.
