Never owned an Over/Under shotgun
Have a chance to buy new for $450. Are these good shotguns? I would shoot trap with this, roughly 1200 rounds a year.

I know of no one out of a dozen or so who started with one and was still using it a year later. Poor fit, finish, and overall quality.
You can get a decent o/u for somewhat over a grand if you are willing to look around and buy used.
I've made the following scores over the past five or six years:
Browning Lightning, $750. Son now shooting it weekly.
Remington 3200 Special Trap, 98%, $1000
Browning Citori, field, $800
Beretta 686 Essential, (think "express") $750.

3200 is trap doubles, 686 is skeet, Citori is sold
Good luck but don't buy junk.

I bought a new one two Black Fridays ago for $229 at Bass Pro. Even though I didn’t really want it I couldn’t say no to the price for a knock-around quail gun for chasing mountain and desert birds around.

I still haven’t fired it.

Finish is ok, wood looks ok, fit is ok. The Condor isn’t where I would look for a trap gun, IMHO it’s more of a starter gun for the guy doing two pheasant or quail trips annually, etc.

Stay safe.

I’d take a chance on a Turkish made O/U. No way I’d buy one made in Brazil.
I bought a CZ Drake (20 gauge) about a year ago. Cost a little under $600, don't know what they cost now.
I am very impressed with it. Wasn't that long ago that every inexpensive O/U I knew of was a piece of crap.
I have about 500 rounds through mine. 1200 round a year isn't that much, I suspect it would hold up well.

I have a 12 ga. It loosened up quite a bit since I got it. Don’t shoot trap so my use is occasional. I wanted to see what over unders were all about. The butt stock has cracked on both sides on top where it meets the action. I removed the auto safety which was always a pain. The front stock loosens up now and then. I tighten it back up and it’s good to go. It’s a workable shotgun. I am going to give it away sometime to a family member. I have been happy with it.
