The words range report should be in quotations. This is my first time out after buying the cougar and my worst outing ever. It also took time for me to get used to my CZ a while back, but this was far worse. Everything left. Everything. I mean way left.
The DA trigger pull is very light - similar to my Ruger MKII, lighter then my CZ for sure. A very comfortable pistol to shoot. As far as the kick...I have read that the rotating barrel perhaps absorbs a bit of the energy and thus the kick is less. I didn't notice a light kick, seems about average for the other 9mms I have shot.
It is a fantastic pistol to shoot, the ergonomics for me are nearly perfect. I just hope it is a matter of getting used to the trigger and sites.
Anyone else start out a bit 'off' with the Stoeger?
