Someone here, within the last 2-3 months (I think) made a strong mount & used it if I recall on an RCBS press. I believe it was 1/4"x2" tubing welded to a larger bottom plate & a smaller top plate.
I came across a few mounts but no luck on this particular one.
I've spent the better part of an hour last night using the search but no luck. Anyone remember this?

Ahhh very very close. Didn't think to check castbullet site...which I frequent & cast as well.

Thats the style I was thinking of. Using an angled riser instead of straight up"n down.
I've got some 1/4" scrap at work & I think today during lunch I'll plug in the welder & see what I can come up with.

Thanks.

I'll post a picture after the paint dries a little.

Its almost a dead copy of Jims over at cast boolits. His cuts seem a little neat & cleaner than mine. Maybe he used a bandsaw for the 1/4" plate. I started with a chop saw but finished with a cut off disk on an angle grinder. The chop saw just didn't want to work with me.
His price of $40ish is a fair deal for what appears to be a very stout mount. Hats off to him...And I hope he got far less steel burrs in his fingers than I did:cuss::D

Strong mount pics

Base is 5x5 1/4" plate
Top is 4 1/2x5 1/4"
Riser is 1 1/2x8 3/16" tube

I set out to use 2x2x1/4" tubing but I tacked it up crooked & didn't have anymore 2" stuff...so I went with the 1.5" piece I had on hand.

Same green hammered rattle can finish as Jim's.

Nice. I don't want or need one, but I appreciate craftsmanship.
And your bench is waaay too neat. :)

This guy has just released a mount for the LNL. However, he is going to add base plates for several reloading presses, i.e., RCBS, Dillon, etc.

IT IS VERY NICE!!!

Who? :D

Thank you for the compliment. I am very pleased how they turned out.
