Stupid lady at Starbucks

Why does anyone drink de-caf anyway?).
That's almost as stupid as:
a lady who was in Starbucks, getting a latte, who freaked out on a UNIFORMED police officer when he walked in, with his weapon in his duty holster.

Why waste good money on coffee from Starbucks. I am not going to pay $2 for a regular coffee that I drink , when I can get the same coffee at my local conv.ienience store for $.79. Besides, I don't patronize places that

1. Donate to H.C.I/Brady
2. Support Anti-gun Legislation
3. Stupid salespeople likee Starbucks

:fire: :cuss: :banghead:

I am curious to know the LEO's reaction. Jerko lady's comments had to be a major insult to that person.

Hmm... What about Peet's?

Naw. Too many Yuppies hang around the shops anyway. Can't get through the ordering process because of the cell phone clamped to their ear.

I like to wear my logo togs to such places.

pacifism is a privilege of the protected

Mike, that's a great quotation! Did you get it from somewhere, or did you make it up (I want to give credit where credit is due if I ever quote it)?

Latte Liberals

Starbucks + California + Female
= Ballistically-Illiterate Urban Liberal Pacifist Cultural Elitists?

Why am I not surprised?

Boycott Starbucks... and every other enterprise whose politics, money, and clientele supports anti-2A Fools In Office.

The fact is, in the long run... We All CANNOT Get Along... without compromising and diminishing our liberties. Dig in, draw the line in the sand, and let these lib-snots feel our collective economic power... and wrath.

Isn't there some sort of guide for buying Libertarian? (actually, it'd probably buying small, since most of us are small business owners.)

And if I owned a Starbucks, I'd damned sure give the cop free coffee for swinging by! El T, first cup's on me...

Best,

RaggedClaws,

That quote interested me as well. A quick Google search turned up only one instance of it, and the page on which it is found makes for a very good read.

Why I Carry A Gun

I know several people I'm going to ask to read that.

Given that pacifism is a privilege of the protected, you’d think the least they'd do is have some appreciation for the protectors. They truly need to be kept out of the genepool, thy’re really just too damn stupid to be allowed to breed X 10 to the 23rd power.

Ironically, it is the “liberal leftists†who are reproducing the least, what with their sex education, birth control, and abortions. Of course, they keep winning more political support by handing our money out to the dolists.

I never give my money to Anti-Second Amendment Bigots.

Hey SW! How'd I do? How'd I do? :D

Backwards reasoning

The liberals imagine a world with no guns, because they do not see guns as a logical response to violence, but as the impetus of it. In a world without guns, they cannot imagine that someone might defy the law and invent them.

I don't normally go to Starbucks simply because I don't care for the taste of their coffee (I do hit a number of local drive-up stands especially one with some real friendly cuties who work there :D ) but if I had been in that particular store, I probably would have fallen on the floor from laughing so hard.

The sad part is that this lady would have screamed bloody murder if she had just been attacked or robbed and the cops didn't show up or use some level of force on her mugger.

re: "Pacifism is a privilege of the protected" - I saw it here a while back, can't claim any credit for originallity or insight, but I sure do agree with the sentiment.

FWIW, among the reasons I enjoy this place so much is that there is much clarity of thought and articulation here, though there's plenty of "ready, fire' aim" opinions, too, but even the 'pop-offs' (myself inculded) can be pretty entertaining.

I've made it a practice to never buy coffee from anyplace where the servers have been replaced by "baristas"...

Why does anyone drink de-caf anyway?
Well, some of us drank coffee for a great many years and still appreciate the taste of a good strong black espresso. I personally use Italian roast for my regular grind. But then again, caffeine does funny things to my heart nowadays, so the doc says no more. If you grind your own decaf, you don't miss it.

MMM, Starbucks. I'll have a Venti Mocha Frappacino Decaf, please.

Nice to see that it is the only place I visit, (once in a while) that is blue. source: www.buyblue.org

Or all the Marines stationed there. Wait isn't this the city where the guy swiped the M60A3 tank and drove through town? Man I bet she was POed then!

The sheep are even flipping out about the Police being armed now?
You think this is bad? The Santa Barbara, CA police dept recently renegotiated their contract with the city. It was reported in the local paper here that the Mayor of Santa Barbara stated that the police were "intimidating" her because they were armed during negotiation talks.

((I like to make sure people know I live in the next city over, because Santa Barbara is pretty nuts)
