I bought an 870 Youth 20ga. It already has a short stock and a 21" barrel, but you can get an 18" if you want one. I kept the 21" as it gave me the option for an extra shot as I can get a longer mag tube than I can with the 18" barrel.

You now have more after market options for the 20ga. Knoxx, ATI, Choate all make stocks for the 20ga 870 and Moss 500. You can get a short stock, pistol grip, folder or callapsable stock, just look around.
