I would like to hear from you guys. I've been shooting an RWS Diana .177. It shoots good and I've killed dozens of pest squirrels and rabbits in my back yard, mostly 15-30yds.. The ones I miss are in dimly lit undergrowth due to a cheap crappy scope and the occasional longer shot maybe 30-40 yds. My plan has been to upgrade, but haven't wanted to invest much in a new scope for my springer. Now my friend has borrowed it and likes the fact that he killed 3 pest squirrels yesterday. He may buy it which leaves me with a great opportunity to upgrade.
So......I would appreciate suggestions for a PCP .177 rifle or .22 if you think it might be bettter. I would like to spend no more than say $750 with decent scope included. That means no Brocock rifles, which I would love, but not willing to spend the money. Targets will mostly be back yard pests and an occasional squirrel hunt. Thanks for the help!
