Super Black Eagle 2 or Beretta Xtrema2?

I use my dad's 1100, 11-87, or browning pump. I dont own a gun of my own and i figured if im gonna buy one i might as well just spend the money cause i wont be buying another one for a while. Ive been mooching off my dad. I mainly duck hunt, with occasional dove and snipe hunts. I'm undecided on which one to get. They both seem to be execellent guns. The beretta was awarded the 2006 golden bullseye award but the benelli's are known for excellence.

Benelli vs. Beretta

Personally I would go with the Benelli SB Eagle 2 over the Beretta Xtrema 2 given that depending on where you are going to be using the weapn, in cold weather below 40 the action will begin to stick and then eventually jam as a result of the lube freezing. However in hot weather they are equally good I just prefer Benelli (I own a SB Eagle 1). Good luck with your decision.

Beretta and Benelli both produce fine shotguns. Find the one that shoulders best (espically when dressed like you would be when duck hunting) and get that one.
