The rounds in question are .22lr caliber, firing a 20 grain (iirc) projectile from force of the primer, I don't remember the manufacturer by I know y'all know who makes them, anyone know where I can pick a few boxes of these up?

+1 to Aguila and I've seen several different types and a couple different brands on Cheaperthandirt. They are a whole lot of fun in a bolt gun but will not cycle a semi.

They tend to get stuck in barrels over 24" if not kept very clean. I have seen it over and over in many guns!

That's what they are, and thanks y'all. I've shot them out of my Marlin 80 quite a bit back a few years ago just didn't remember. My barrel is long and I think it over 24" but I'm not sure, never had a problem with it.

I get them at gun shows, but otherwise, online is the best way to go.

I use them in the backyard for squirrels. My Henry .22LR Lever gun feeds them 100% reliably, and with a good shot, it drops them right there.

My experience with the aguilas is that nothing I have likes them. They function fine (save for cycling semis, which wasn't expected) but I couldn't get decent accuracy. CCI CB shorts on the other hand hold similar trajectories to bulk ammo at short range and I've never had a misfire or other problem. CBs have killed quite a few late night pests in the yard.

Well within a reasonable distance my Marlin is a tack-driver with them. Bolt action, so function is there.

It's just been forever since I've used them so I wanted to get the name from y'all.
