Actually, what I see with it is with the radial striations, those are on the narrowest part of the bore. Those are machining marks left by the boring tool used to drill the barrel.
Those will Lapp out. Cutting with a button broach "smears" them smoother. Hammer forgeing "beats" them down.
Lapping a barrel such as many custom makers do, polishes them smooth, but still, that barrel wouldn't "make the grade" with such as Hart or Shilen. But then again, you didn't pay for one, either.
But, as others have said, it's no worse than some Savage or Remington barrels I've seen.
It's your choice. I'd bet however, if broken in and 2-300 rounds put through it, it'd be a decent/average barrel. The replacement barrel may be no better/different...
