I recently sent in a soft nylon handgun case because of a zipper that had come off track.

They sent me a brand new case even though I had told them my case was out of warranty and they did not even charge me postage. Customer support and backing ones product normally does not reach this high a level.
So besides looking to spend my dollars in their direction with future purchases, I wanted to pass this along to other gun enthusiasts so you could consider this positive report when choosing a brand.
