Sonia Sotomayor is my best guess, but I don't know a lot about her views on the 2A.

You will probably want to bring this question up in late June/early July, when the list might be small enough to consider - right now it's an open field. That will be on schedule to make an announcement mid/late July, then have hearings during the August vacation season when folks will be less apt to give a farthing. Then it can be done in time to have the new appointee in town and working by the time the court goes back in October.

Having the hearings during the summer lull is the goal, so things will be built around that agenda so as to deny the public/opposition as much scrutiny as possible. That's how it's played.
