Swapping out Taurus Judge innards.

I have a factory DAO Judge and want to covert it over to DA. I’ve ordered the spurred hammer and trigger but am wondering how much fitting is required? The parts were sold together so I assume they are from the same gun.
I know that MIM parts are supposed to me made to closer tolerances to minimize this, but that’s not guaranteed.
Anyone tried this.

You said you have a Double Action Only Judge that you want to convert to Double Action.

Do you mean you want to convert it to DA/SA?

In reality, the only way to see how much fitting it needs is to do it. But given that it's a new MIM part, I don't think it'll be too much.

Dove into it tonight. Success!! The hammer and trigger dropped in and functioned. No muss, no fuss. the hardest part was replacing the side plate. I’ve had S&Ws that weren’t as tight a fit.
First time I’ve had a Taurus apart.

Just make sure it's timed properly. Out of time revolvers can be ticking time bombs.

No no transfer bar.
There is one chamber that is very slightly slow
I intend to tweak it. Normal cocking it locks up fine.
