Did you contact Spyderco? Go to www.spyderco.com. Their customer service is usually very good.

Call their customer service number or email them or go to the Spyderco forum and ask. They'll probably send it to you.

It might be important to ask - what happened to your clip and screws?

The screws were worn and the clip was bent i am pretty rough with a knife.

p.s I forgot to ask if anyone from LA would know were i can get one local.
