I have a question about a cheap scope I'm using on my .22 rifle. It's a Tasco 4x15 I mounted because my eyes are a little old.
Normally it works fine, holds zero even with some rough handling, but sometimes, when it's hot, for some reason it loses zero just hanging on my wall.
I store it upright in my wall cabinet, and the other day it went from dead on to low and left without any reason. I'm not one to handle my arms roughly and I know it hasn't taken a fall.
Anyone have an idea what's going on here? Yes, I know I should probably get a better one, but the rifle is only worth maybe 75 bucks at the most here, and I'm reluctant to hang anything pricier on her. Thanks!
