Taurus PT 1911 .45

A buddy of mine has a Taurus PT 1911 .45, and hes having a problem with the last round in the mag stovepiping every time. He thought it was just the aftermarket mags he was usuing, but he started using the factory mags and it's doing the same thing.

Anybody have this problem before? he really wants a fix for it

Ive heard alot are having problems with these after about 200 to 400 rounds. Ive seen about 5 threads about these Taurus 1911's
