I have never been a huge fan of .22 caliber semi auto pistols but a friend pointed out that they are great for practicing shooting stance and techniques. Which matters to me as I am cross eye dominant and I wear bifocals. Not much recoil and the ammo is dirt cheap.
So I have been reading a lot about the Taurus TX22 as well as the new TX 22 Compact.
Now some will say get the Ruger but I would rather have one that looks like the 9 mm that I shoot which the Taurus does as opposed to the Ruger which looks more like a Luger.
Do any of you shoot the TX22 or the new TX22 Compact ? What do you think?
