Tell me about my knife

This appears to be a promotional knife commissioned by a Spanish supplement and cereal company based in Malaga, Spain. It was likely made in Asia (perhaps Japan if from the 50s) but the chrome plated blade bearing no tang stamp leads me to conclude that it was not produced by any concern with a reputation for high quality. Still, a fun antique/keychain knife useful for cleaning under fingernails or other small tasks.

Wow thanks for the info. What made you conclude a cereal company from Malaga? I got this very close to there.

Are there any markings anywhere else on the blade? Look closely at the area between the pivot and the cutting edge on each side.

To start with, no Prop 65 warning. Attractive nuisance. It has no safety devices. There is no manual. Poses a choking hazard. Risk of laceration! Not sterile! Blade may move without warning. Do not place part of body between blade and handle when closing. Nick and backspring may harbor biohazardous material. Do not attempt to pry or throw. Prohibited in public areas including without limitation schools, government facilities and amusement parks. Cuidado! Avertisment!
