I live in Florida. I hunt with a Bow when its bow season and a BP rifle the rest of the season (even into turkey season.) The weather in Florida is humid, rains without warning and is a cold that cuts to the bone during hunting season. But it can also be Hot as . I've used several differnt powders and I've never had and issue but I don't want to limit myself either so I want to try other powders as well.
Also I hunt in Massachusetts with the same rifle, every other year where its cold and dry mostly. So what I'm looking for is a very versital reliable powder. Its easier to do a poll but tell me what you think and why if the powder that meets my needs isnt on the poll. Cleaning is not an issue because I find it relaxing.

I live in Kansas and summers get hot and winters get mighty cold. Humidity is also a factor here in the summer time. I voted for 777. I have tested a few diffrent powders. Pyrodex, 777, shockeys gold, and limited shooting with Goex. It seems that in 3 bullet combinations that 777 seems to give the most consistant groups out of any that I have tried. Since every load through a front stuffer is basically a handload. I tested them all the same way. I went up and down the scale in 3 grain increments to find my best groups. Then went up and down be 1 grain until I found what works best in my rifles. In winter or summer shooting so far 777 works well for me.

I'd buy Goex if I could, locally. However, Pyrodex works fine. I voted Goex, though. I used it 30 years ago before all the draconian shipping regs made it scarce.

Don't waste your money on Shockey's Gold. I couldn't get that worthless crap to hit paper. I've never found a powder that caused such inaccuracy, strange. I liked the idea of it being non-corrosive, but hell..... I guess if you don't wanna hit anything, at least your gun won't rust if you can't clean it.

I voted for "other".
If I could only use 1 powder it would be Pyrodex P which isn't listed.
And I only buy APP in the fffg granulation which I mostly use for hunting.
But I believe that duplex powder loads have the potential to increase performance and personal satisfaction.
So customized powder loads shouldn't be totally discounted if someone wanted to enjoy some of the benefits of each powder's burning characteristics. :)

I use goex 3f because I shoot flint rifles .54 GPR 70 gr 3f, brown bess 75 cal. shoot patched round ball 75 gr 2f. but in the pistols I like 777 as much as they will hold. Not used the Walker yet on deer. shoot most of my deer on the ground with in 25 yards usually 15 yards with the wind to my face and my grandson by my side. Deer camp is a very special time for me and I thank the Lord for every moment He allows me and my grandson to do this. Life is short and children grow fast.
