When I was a kid growing up in England the 5th of nov was my favorite day and night.
Building a huge bonfire , making and burning an effigy of good ole Guy and lots of fireworks ,,, good memories...:evil:

Should ever be forgot!
A good reason to burn some black powder, We buy after the 4th fireworks to set off on Guy Fawkes Day.
 
This was the 9/11 of its day, and it coloured English attitudes to Catholics and the Roman Catholic church for centuries afterwards.
 
Watched most of the YouTube, a ton of powder and the powder factory in Spain. Makes me cry to see that much powder and not a pound in my neighbor hood.

Unless there is some local ordinance saying you can't...a quick trip to the website with a credit card and you can get 24lbs delivered to your door.:) I think it's still 24 on a Hazmat Cert but I'm not sure since it's been a while since I bought powder from them. Their private lable powder works very nicely and is a bit cheaper than the Goex.

30 dollar hazmat fee now
 
Ouch! But if you buy the maximum lbs on a tag, it gets the unit cost down pretty well and some money can be saved vs buying locally.
