What we did when we were younger, I am amazed that we are still alive. At 61 I feel somewhat sorry that the younger generation is not allowed to enjoy their youth the way we did. It is always better to let off steam a little at a time rather then in one big explosion.

I think you hit it on the head Gaucho. Learning life lessons the hard way without interference from the legal system produces far better results for the individuals involved but it doesn't produce revenue for the system...

For me it was never the legal system that taught me life lessons, just dad's ol' leather belt. It's sad kids today don't get the belt or switch when they misbehave, they get in trouble with the law instead. I am so glad my childhood wasn't like that.
