tyme is right, and when the dictionary mentions "at least one U.S. president" they probably mean Dwight Eisenhower.

When did America change to AmAAAIIrica...

If I was on his staff, I'd get a speech coach for him. Even if it only helped him speak to the media in a more "comfortable" manner.
