Mine will be in Tuesday had a gift certificate that was burning a hole in my pocket on top of the 10% memorial day discount on optics planet. I ordered it even though I have bad astigmatism and my eotech xps3-4 looks like a big blob instead of a red dot but it looks fine with the magnifier. So I will give you guys a report on the how it looks for someone with astigmatism and also how it looks through an eotech 3.5x magnifier.

MRO nice but noticeable issues but Astigmatisim Friendly
Just got my MRO today and mounted it up no range time yet but here are my initial observations. I'll start with not so good. Has a noticeable blue tint, can see red flashes if eye is not lined up well, Eyepiece was slightly reflecting bright light behind me this also caused red flashes. Any brightness setting above 3 caused the tube to show a lot of red light around the edges. I also would like a little more adjustment 1 is indiscernible in a very dark room 2 is very dim 3 is pretty good (that is where I'm going to keep mine i am going to leave it on for 5 years on the same battery hopefully
The good: Very light weight, elevation and windage adjustments have a nice smooth tactile click when adjusting unlike Eotech, dot looked pretty good with my astigmatism very minute grape cluster effect but very minute I would still consider it a very useable dot so my assumption is someone with good eyes should have a very sharp dot. I know red dots will never be perfect for me but this is like night and day compared to my Eotech that is now up for sale. It looked even better through my Eotech G33 STS magnifier both the MRO and G33 are lower 1/3 co witness. They don't line up perfectly but there were no issues looking through it that I can see. To sum it all up. Even with the issues that I've mentioned I am defiantly keeping my MRO(optics planet has free returns and they pay for shipping). I have not looked through any aimpoints so I am sorry that I can't compare with those if I have any issues with this that will be my next purchase. Hopefully Larue will make a mount soon. The thing I am most thrilled about is the dot being very usable with my astigmatism so I can deal with the little issues that I have found and once I get on the range they may be a non issue or more annoying. I will update after some range time. Now for the Pics
1st Red flashes that I was speaking of the flash on my camera went off but I seen the same thing with a bright light behind me you would have the same effect if flashlight was turned on behind you

Just took my MRO off my AR and put on my Keltec KSG 12 gauge (HD Gun) and going to see how it holds up. So far most of the little issues I mentioned haven't been a problem the only thing I really wish was to be able to tune the brightness a little better. Like I said 2 is not bright enough 3 is pretty good and 4 starts to blur too much. That is the only issue that has still stood out. It is plenty useable but I would like to be able to fine tune it a little better. All in all I don't think anyone looking for a quality red dot will be disappointed.

Just sold my eotech and good riddance I'd love to be able to use it but it's just not for my eyes. Any way the funds from that are going toward a new PVS-14 ITT Pinnacle Night Vision monocular. I will be weapon mounting it behind the MRO and will also be able to let you all know how the MRO pro

By the way it works great with the PVS 14 weapon mounted the. Dot Is crisp and clear
