I think that ANY serviceperson deployed to a combat zone should earn at least $50,000 a year. E-1, dependents or not, doesn't matter. They are wearing the target t-shirts.

The rifle is the G3A4 (or a copy of it) I believe. Don't look like US soldiers to me. If they are, it's waaaay old (choc chip camo) and I don't have a clue why they'd have that wany G3s. Might have one or two for familiarisation, along with some FALs and AKs but they look like standard issue. I think the soldiers are Turkish.
