I am looking to get a .22 pistol with a suppressor. I currently have a Kimber .22 conversion kit for my full-sized 1911. Is it possible to get a threaded barrel for the conversion kit to allow for the use of a suppressor on the kit as well as on the .22 pistol? Would there be any theoretical performance issues if I used a suppressor on the conversion kit?
