Threading a Chiappa Lever action for a choke

Hello all. I was wondering if you guys have ever sent a shotgun out to be threaded to accept chokes? If so, who did you use and what was the approximate cost?

I have a lever action 12 gauge that is a ton of fun. I thought it would be fun to run my Silencerco Salvo on it. I currently run the Salvo on my Benelli Ethos, so I want to have the lever action threaded to the CRIO specs.
