Has anyone reamed a 44 magnum cylinder?

I have 3 44 magnums a ruger hunter, a dragoon,and a US Arms Abilen.

I one load that we shoot that extracts fine from the Ruger and the Dragoon but will not extract from the US Arms the round comec out abut halfway and sticks, but only in tree of the six holes.

I see that they make a reamer for the cylinder but I can not find what size the reamer is.

Has anyone run into this problem before?

Thanks in advance.

.45 Colt chamber reamers cut SAAMI spec chambers.
It sounds like you have bigger problems then tight chambers.
If factory loads drop in place, the chambers are already the right size.

I would guess the chambers are swelled over the locking bolt notches from hot loads at some point.

Reaming them bigger will not fix them.

Hard extraction of shells

Check the case's that are sticking and which chamber they come from, I've seen some chambers that were reamed with a bell shape at the front of the cyl. and the shells were hard to extract just like you described, may be your problem. Al
