Tikka Price Check

I've been looking at a Tikka in a local shop and was wondering how decent the price was. It's a wood stocked heavy barrel .308 (can't remember exactly what model) with a Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14x on it. They want $750 for it, is this decent?

Compared to gunbroker.com that seems w/i reason given the scope and HB.
There is a pretty big variation from a low of 550 to 700 + depending on model all of them sans glass
