Bought a Timbersmith stock for my Norinco a while back and finally put it on tonight and just had to show it off. Fit and finish is really nice, doesn't have any rattles or loose bits. And the cheek weld/comb height is 100% better than the old sporter synthetic stock that I had on it previous. Highly recommend this stock to anyone in the market for one.

While very attractive, the issue I have is the lack of a recoil lug on any aftermarket stock. All the recoil is being taken up by the rear tang on the receiver. Not sure this is a good thing.

What kind of cost are we talking? And how is the length of pull compared to the factory stock?

The cost is $155. I'm not sure about the pull.

I think I paid $146 on Amazon late last year. LOP is a fair bit longer than the military wood stock, which was too short for me.
Not sure about cheek thump, haven't shot it yet.

That's a really nice-looking stock.

Good to hear they extended the LOP a bit too. I thought they'd just duplicate the dimensions of the military stock. Lengthening it a bit means you don't have to mar the aesthetics of that wood with a one-inch piece of tire rubber sticking out on the end.
