Insane ramblings about non-correlated facts. He talks about a 21 year old who dies (looks like a child). He talks about the number of concealed carry permits rising by 4,500%. He mentions that roughly 1/2 of the city's killings were over disputes and 1/10 was drug related. He says uzi submachineguns are counted as pistols and not difficult for criminals to get. He then says we should make it hard to get a concealed carry permit because of all of the killing.
My favorite was him saying "It is time we embrace the obvious. Unless we make it more difficult (if not impossible) to carry a concealable firearm, the loss of precious life will inexorably continue."
I personally think that both "making all clothes illegal to wear in public" and "cutting everyones arms off at the shoulder" are, while effective, a bit extreme.
