NRA members can keep up to date with their latest candidate endorsements. All you have to do is visit the NRA Political Victory Fund web site to find out which candidates have the best record of support for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Keep in mind that their endorsements are based solely on support for the 2nd Amendment and that all other elements in the record of a candidate do not figure into the NRA's decision making process. For details, see their online explanation of their endorsement criteria.

Once we know who our friends really are, I hope that you will join me on the NRA Frontlines in lending tangible support to these modern day patriots.

As important as I might think the 2nd Amendment is, there are other parts of the Constitution (1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, & 14th amendments spring to mind given the current far right Roberts supreme court) in far greater peril than it. I'll work for candidates based on that instead.

Not to bring politics into it, but there's no reason 2A issues have to be the only issues we look at. It's up to us to research the candidates on our own (Sources such as voting history, legislation introduced, and NRA endorsements *included*) in order to cast a well thought out and intelligent vote. It really does help to narrow it down, though if you're an actively voting gun owner.

I couldn't have said it better myself, Rail Driver. To me, your approach isn't "politics" - it is conscientious, informed voting that we should all strive for.
