Anyone have any recommendations on a new billfold. My old trifold wore out years ago and I cannot find a suitable replacement. Not sure what it was but it lasted me 20 years. I see Hanks belts has a decent one. I want the first unfold to have a clear slot for drivers license and middle spot to hold upright debit card, etc. The last unfold I use for miscellaneous stuff. Like to have pockets to shove hunting license and other cards like insurance that are not commonly used.

Finding the right wallet is frighteningly difficult.
So difficult in fact, that I ended up making my own.
However, having not researched the market, my own observations are to not discount nylon wallets. They have no style and Velcro can wear out before the wallet seams do. I bought a Blackhawk branded one in about 2002 and used it until I made my own in 2015. I actually incorporated a lot of the same design features from the Blackhawk into my own.
Commercial leather products can be spotty unless bought from custom leathersmiths. Synthetic materials can be more reliable.
