Anyone used the Trij Accupoint in the field? I'm thinking of scoping my Guide Gun, and can't quite decide if I should give the Trij some thought, or just stick with a Leupold fixed power in a Scout configuration. Seems as if the Trij may have an edge in early morning/dusk.

Who has some field experience? Thanks!

I had my trijicon TR21, the 1.25-4x24mm one, on a Marlin 1895 .45-70. About 30-35 rounds blew the scope out and it wouldn't hold zero. I sent it back to Trijicon, and they repaired it and sent it back (after a couple months). It's now on a .22 - I don't trust it on a heavy recoiler - disappointing, considering how much they cost. Sure glad it blew it out *before* the season and not *during* a hunt, and that I noticed it. That ilum. reticle sure is nice though, in low light -great for my .22 hunter. I believe Burris now has a FO light-gathering reticle scope now, don't they (non-battery)?
