I'm comparing ghost ring sights, (Scattergun Tech), two different types, one tritium, the other fiber optic, (red/green...another decision). I'd think the fiber optic is better in daylight, duh, obviously, the tritium for low light. I'm wondering if the fiber optic is THAT much better in daylight to be overall a better choice. Yeah, the tritium would allow low light shots, (in darkness, if I don't have a flashlight, I'm not shooting). The gun is a 870 Remington, HD/SD, 18" barrel. Since, according to statistics, most 'social work' happens in low/no light situations, does that give the tritium the edge? No light, using a flashlight, I wonder if the fiber optic 'comes back' a bit?
