TruGlo Fiber Optic Sights

So, I was out shooting a couple of rounds of trap today with my Winchester Ranger 140 12 ga. (I'm a bit rusty to do skeet or 5-stand just yet). On the third station of the second round, my front bead sight decided to come loose and jump off into the grass during one my shots. Well, bye-bye bead.

Anyway, this is a good excuse to slap a fiber optic bead replacement on there and I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with the TruGlo fiber optics? How are they? I was thinking about the Starbrite Deluxe...

Shoot with both eyes open and LOOK at the target. No need for beads of any kind.

I'm no shottie expert .. and did add them to my Baikal. I know ... both eyes .. etc!

I do tho like the early reference aspect, after which I know I am in good alignment re barrel .... and then watch target. They sure work well, for me!

Ideally I guess, these are turkey gun accoutrements.
