What fiber optic front sight for FN Police Pump (Win 1300)

What's involved in replacing the front rifle sight on my FN Police Pump with a fiber optic sight? The gun is the same as a Winchester 1300.

Is this a DIY thing or a gunsmith thing?

Any recommendations on what fiber optic unit to buy?
