I've got a couple of local gun shops that I deal with and have no interest in doing any online purchasing in that area. However, I do not have a good knife shop in my area. I've got a Bass Pro, but their inventory is sometimes lacking, so, I'm looking to the intraweb for a good selection. I don't like throwing around my info willy-nilly, though, and would like some input on some trustworthy online stores with a good selection.

I want to pick up a good fixed blade survival knife and a good folder, also. I've been reading about the Frosts Mora S1 and the Fallkniven F1 to name a couple. I haven't really looked at folders yet. Any help would be appreciated on finding a good supplier to deal with.

Smoky Mountain Knife Works has probably the largest and most varied inventory, although they sell a lot of poor-quality junk from Pakistan to the knife-ignorant. Huge inventory of Case product and most of the US brands. I've been doing business with them for years and can't complain. They definitely have Mora knives, as well.

Ive heard alot of good about Smoky Mountain Knife Works...saying that one to stay far away from in GreatKnivesGreatPrices.com...I ended up giving away $40 away. I ordered the knife a over 2 months ago and still have not got it. BE CAREFUL

+1 on the Smokey Mountain suggestions.
Prompt, dependable on line ordering and a huge selection of cutlery.
I have developed a fascination for Opinel knives that SMKW carries.
Good sturdy blades in several sizes, Stainless OR Carbon steel.

I have ordered from New Graham, EDCDepot and the Cutlery Shoppe. All have provided excellent service. Of the group, I like New Graham best, largely because of the selection

I have also ordered from walmart.com, and the service was good although it took some time for my Native to come off of backorder.

Lot's of good online knife dealers out there.

General dealers with a good variety.

OneStop
New Graham
SmokeyMtn
knifeoutlet
knifecenter

We've had lots of threads on this question and a quick search should give you more options.

I got my knife from crocblades. Great price on my Benchmade 710 and got free spyware just for stopping by!

Stick with knifecenter or the ones 22-rimfire mentioned.

I've usually had quick service and very good prices from New Graham.
