BigG...Ya can't tell the players without a program. I'm the one with the hammer.
Fuff mans the grinder on the half-cock...and Dave is, or course, handlin' the trigger pull check.
Uncle Sam's Ordnance Elves. (Notice the haircuts? Regulation High'n'Tight...just like they oughta be.)
How much you wanna bet I got Old Fuff and Dave wrong as well?
Steve 6' and 183 # Last time I weighed I weighed 173# some 5 months ago...don't own scales, don't know what happened in the last 5 months...must be gremlins...wouldn't have anything to do with being nearer 50 ...nah....gremlins
Guess Who? Great pictures from the Pistol Smith of Men At Work. O.F, T. & D. hard at it. Hey Chuck! No belly, No Balls! Chuck is my Hero and has a great sense of humor, too. Thanks for the memories!
Two Class Guns ready to test fire at the Range. They shot fine!
With this new High'n'Tight...I look a little like "Gunny Highway" without the squint...and with glasses...and an inch shorter...and I don't pick fights in bars in
Jacksonville any more...
Only pictures I've got are with a full head of hair and full beard. It's buried on the forum here somewhere.
I do the High'n'Tight every Veteran's Day. This year I did it for the Marines who are bleedin' in Fallujah...and the ones that I bled with at Chu Lai, et al...so the forum members who saw me before Vet's Day wouldn't recognize me now.
Great Picture of Chuck! He ain't scared to put a picture up! Well, two out of four ain't imaginary. Thanks for the time you have given us here on THR. These guys should check out www.louderthanwords.us if they want to see some pictures of what real Pistolsmiths do. These men made the current issue of American Handgunner (Handjob in Chuckspeak) relating to a beautiful 1911 they are selling tickets for. GO BUY A TICKET! It's for a very good cause.
Long live the Stooges!! lol I am surprised they were never gunsmiths.

Goin' on some of the things that I've seen done to these old ugly pistols...
I'm suspicious that they probably were.
Matter of fact...I'm gonna bet that there's a custom shop down near...
(Name and Town withheld to honor a promise) that's got a wrench workin' there who says: WOOPWOOPWOOP! every mornin' when he gets to work.
Randy does some nice work and has some great pals in the business. He is a real gunsmith and does those long thingy's, too. I am not. I did not go to school like some lucky guys did. Oh well, what the heck.
Well...Okay. I figger that by the time ya bring it back 3-4 more times, it'll
be all broke in and ready to come home if I lend a hand with the shootin' chores. I'll go ahead and get the molds warmed up and get started on all this scrap lead if you'll buy the powder. We can split the primers.
The shootin' sounds good. Of course I maaay decide I like it after I shoot it a bit Its hard to tell after only a couple thousand. But, I might trade for that cute little brown dog and something really old.
