Twist rate on a saiga.

A few questions on the .223 saiga.

What is the twist rate for it?

If you put a bullet guide in will it still be able to use the Saiga mags?

Can it take 5.56?

I believe they are 1:9

You may need to modify the factory mag

If you look in the Saiga manual the factory twist rate will be listed in mm. Then you would have to convert to inches. My AK 74 is tighter than one/ nine I think
