Two questions about a Lee hand press

1. Does it require a shellholder?

2. Can I use that with the Lee carbide die set to seat a primer?

1. Yes, it does require a shell holder specific to the cartridge you wish to reload.
2. You'd be better off buying a hand-held priming tool.
