Those Chechen´s sure have a talent for ..eh .... beauty. :)

I added a link to what I know about it.

I'd love to own that Chezch Special on the bottom, I wonder if they smelted the aluminum out of Dr. Pepper cans.......

:) Yeah, it should indeed have the mispelled word "Burrraetha 29F" on it :)

Wait till they start building Glocks from scrap plastic :)

SharpDM, that's a WW one relic and it'd be worth a ton in good shape. As it is they call it "dug" and there's a whole world of folks who collect dug war articles. Course, in Tennessee it'd help if it was a flintlock:)

My carbines are ugly, aren't they? My wife sure thinks so....

It's not enough he called my Hi-Point Ugly, he used MY picture hosted on MY site to do it! Man, that is cold! You could have at least picked a better one from my site like this one!:

That's the short-lived FMJ Pocket Pal.

It was an interesting design... and that's the nicest thing I can say about it.

It's a DAO, dual-barreled "revolver" in which the cylinder is completely enclosed. There are two interchangeable cylinders, a 3-shot .380ACP and a 5-shot .22LR -- each indexes on the appropriate barrel.

The major problem is that it was too bulky and heavy, with too low of a capacity and too anemic of caliber choices, to really be any good at its intended role -- that of a pocket gun for SD. And the barrels are too short & trigger too awful IMO for it to be used for any target/sporting use.

I got hold of one just as soon as they came out, as I like "odd" guns and knew I'd have to try this one out. I have yet to come across a second one...

Here it is open, with both cylinders visible...

mp7, what is that AK looking "thing" you have there? looks almost like the receiver has been stretched out on to accept 7.62x54 rounds using two cut and welded Dragunov mags together. and is that a silencer for it?

Back when Grendel introduced the (now rare) R-31 carbine (little EBR-looking carbine companion for the P-30 pistol, using the same mags), one of the factory accessories was a mount that allowed one to attach full-size MagLight like that under the forend -- the light would have weighed more than the gun itself! :scrutiny:
