I recently picked up a Star Ultrastar- but no manual.
Can someone instruct me on disassembly?

Sure.

Lock the slide back. Remove magazine and inspect chamber to make sure gun is empty. Use the Allen Wrench that came with the gun to adjust the rear sight or some other pointed object to push out the large pin that is located above the trigger from the right side. Release the slide lock and push the slide forward and off the frame.
