So I just bought a used RCBS Uniflow powder measure off from eBay. it seems to work fine. but I have some questions. I know that there have been 3 generations of these. but I am not sure how to tell them apart. I know this is either a first or second generation. I noticed before bidding on this, that the powder hopper was sitting on the base crooked. I thought that as long as it did not leak, I could live with it. But it is bothering me a lot more than I thought it would. How can I remove the hopper, preferably without breaking it! I do not know if it is glued in place, or threaded, or press fit. I would like to get it sitting on the base straight. I looked at the RCBS website, but I could not find a replacement hopper. If they are no longer available, then breaking the one that is here means a death sentence for the powder measure. I simply can not afford a brand new one. which is why I went this route. Thanks!

Not a death sentence, check this site out. I don't have one, but I will if I ever drop one of my Uni Flows and break the hopper.
