Valhalla is closing its ranges for the first time in 4 years on September 3rd & 4th, 2007.

Why?

My 3 full time instructors and I (along with one adjunct and maybe some of you) are going back to school at the nearby San Juan Range in Monrose, Colorado.

John Chapman and some cadre from Last Man Standing will be putting us and other students through the paces of their Pistol 1 class on those two days.

Immediately following that course, I'll be running a Combat Focus Shooting course at Valhalla (9/5 & 9/6).

Bonus Special Guest Students: Denny & Flint Hansen of SWAT Magazine will be attending the LMS Course (possibly CF also).

Space is limited, so sign up soon through the LMS or Valhalla Website.

10% discount on all tuition for anyone who signs up for both classes.

Combat Focus Shooting Course Details: HERE.

Very cool! I’ll be there and will bring Flint with me (though neither one of us is "special"; just a couple of average guys who want to take advantage of this).

Kudos to both schools for continuing to train and learn with other instructors.

Turns out that the refrigerator dying probably prevented me from having a vehicle breakdown far, far from home.

Just had to have the steering and brakes on my old Toyota rebuilt. Glad that didn't happen to me out west.

Still sorry to have missed the opportunity. Like the AAR's. Need to buy your book.

Hey, I get DVDs of you from SAF! :D

I'd like to take some classes at Valhalla, eventually, when I get the time and money ahead....

I'll have to add money for air fare to the budget when the time comes - Colorado is a long haul away for me...! ;)

Byron,

Sooner or later, I expect to see you out here...

Green Lantern,

I hope you're enjoying the videos... they certianly aren't the same as actually being on a range with an instructor, but the raw information is 90%+ on any given topic.
