Unique VS Win 231 VS Titegroup

I have used Unique and Titegroup, I have not used Win 231 yet. I reload for subsonic .40 and subsonic 9mm. It seems to me Unique is very dirty with my loads and Titegroup is way cleaner.

My concern is Titegroup is such a low volume powder I am much more susceptable to throwing a charge that is overloaded"and not catch it" than say Unique.
I was at the store today and they had a 8 lb keg of Unique, a 4 LB keg of Win 231 and the normal one pound bottles of Titegroup.

I am not sure which one to go with. Most of the Kaboom's that have happened at our local USPSA matches have been with Titegroup. I have never had a problem though it kind of makes me weary.

I like to load around 15k of 40's and about the same in 9mm per year on a progressive.

What do you guys think for powder used in a good volume application as far as safety, cleaness and over all ease to work with?

Which would you choose?

While Titegroup can produce slightly more accurate 9mm loads than W231/HP-38; for 40S&W, I definitely prefer W231/HP-38 over Titegroup.

Titegroup is less temperature sensitive than W231/HP-38.

W231/HP-38 and Titegroup meter better than Unique.

At minor power factor velocities, Unique will burn less efficient which will affect accuracy.

While I met many USPSA match shooters who used W231/Titegroup, never met a match shooter who used Unique for match loads.
