I have grown tired of keeping all of my guns locked away in a safe. I have long desired to have a display of some sort. About my situation:
1. I have a very good security system with motion detection, cameras, window and door sensors, and two dogs.
2. There are some guns I am unwilling to display for fire protection reasons.
3. Ammo locked away in safes.
I came across this setup from Hold Up Displays. They had a 15% of coupon code. The order shipped the very next morning after ordering. The box arrived and was super heavy. This is when I first realized the quality of this system. They have pre packaged arrangements but I selected my own.
Instructions for install were straight forward and easy. Stud finder. Drill bit. Level. And a helper.
Once I had the first of five slat pieces hung I was able to hang the rest without help.
Pictures do not do this display justice. It is amazing and will surely be a talking piece at the Super Bowl party this weekend. I think it is worth every penny paid and I’m glad to be able to display a small portion of my collection. I plan to rotate different guns through.
Displayed are:
Springfield M1A Loaded
Taylor Smokewagon Deluxe in 45 Colt
1956 Ruger Flatgate Single Six
Beretta M9A3 with G10 grips and skeleton hammer
Kimber Aegis Elite Custom
Remington R1
