Around here in Central Florida, FFL's have been charging insane prices for years. Pawn shops are now a good bet if you have a relationship. Most FFL's here don't want to be bothered anymore. Some change $100. One charges $50. There is one that still charges $35 but they won't transfer anything that they can order or have in stock. The one I use is a newer shop and has not been poisoned yet - charges $35 for anything even if he has it on his self. None will accept a transfer from a private party anymore.
