what are thre primary differences between these two othe than the experts lack of a theaded barrel and it's 3 round a mag advantage?

i've never been so torn...

I've got both. Same exact gun other than the threaded barrel and the taller sights on the Tactical. You can put a jet funnel on both and use the 16 round high-cap 40SW mags on either one. The Expert seems harder to find.
